Apple offering iPhone App Refunds - Yikes!

Wow developers are raising a stink over the Apple's annoucement of an app refund policy! But really folks, how many apps have you paid for that truly sucked? I can say I have wasted some cash on apps that just did not deliver. I'm wondering what are developers afraid of? If you're producing a quality product that does what it says that it does guess what?
People will not ask for a refund.
It's that simple. And yea Apple keeps 30% so that's doing business with a fat cat. You gotta pay to play. And if you're "playing good" there are rewards. Play half-assed and you get a half-assed return. Is anyone feelin me here? :D
